L’ADES (Association pour le Développement Economique et Social), Etablissement de Formation en Travail Social situé dans le département de Lot et Garonne,
recrute :
Un formateur en CDI, à temps plein
Salaire : indexé à la grille de la Convention Collective Nationale 1516 des Organismes de Formation
Il (elle) sera obligatoirement titulaire d’un diplôme de type Diplôme d’Etat d’Infirmier ou de Psychogérontologue.
Sous l’autorité du directeur de l’ADES, il (elle) coordonnera la formation d’assistant de soins en gérontologie et interviendra dans le domaine de la formation continue auprès des partenaires de l’établissement (domaine de la gérontologie notamment).
Missions principales :
- Coordination de la formation d’assistant de soins en gérontologie et d’accueillant familial
- Travail d’ingénierie de formation et d’ingénierie pédagogique
- Interventions pédagogiques en face à face, animation de groupe
- Participation active à la construction du partenariat avec les acteurs de la formation continue
- Intervention et accompagnement pédagogique au sein d’un dispositif de préparation aux métiers du sanitaire.
- Conception de supports pédagogiques et outils d’évaluation
- Interventions en formation continue auprès des partenaires de l’ADES
- Interventions au sein des différents pôles structurant l’activité de l’ADES
- Veille sur l’évolution des politiques publiques
Nous recherchons un (e) candidat (e) ayant une d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la formation, associée à une expertise significative en gérontologie.
Le candidat devra s’inscrire dans un projet associatif et pédagogique s’appuyant sur certains fondements incontournables (capacités à s’intégrer dans un travail collaboratif décloisonné, capacités à s’inscrire dans une dynamique d’équipe, capacités à porter les valeurs associatives d’un établissement de formation en travail social).
